Dr. Kizito​
Managing Director
Dr. Kizito is a leader in education, instructional design, and digital learning innovation. With a Ph.D. in Instructional Design and Technology from Virginia Tech, he has over a decade of experience helping universities and organizations design accessible, high-quality, and student-centered learning experiences.
He has served in leadership roles, including Director of Online Education and Instructional Designer, where he guided program development, faculty training, and strategic digital learning initiatives. Dr. Kizito also brings a strong research background in student engagement and the scholarship of teaching and learning, applying evidence-based practices to improve learner success and support educators at all levels.
At 56 Company LLC, Dr. Kizito applies his expertise to create innovative learning solutions, develop programs, and consult on instructional strategy. His mission is to empower institutions, businesses, and learners through technology-driven education that is engaging and future-focused.

Dr. Candido
Educational Consultant
Dr. Candido is an expert in curriculum development and instructional design technology, committed to advancing faith-based education. He holds a Ph.D. in Instructional Design Technology and a Master’s in Career and Technical Education from Virginia Tech, as well as a Bachelor’s in Business Management from Franciscan University of Steubenville. With extensive experience in faculty development, research, and professional training, Dr. Candido specializes in integrating Catholic values into curriculum design, instructional methodologies, and leadership development. He has presented at international conferences and contributed to research on expanding educational access and innovation. Passionate about empowering educators, he provides invaluable expertise to Catholic schools, helping them cultivate high-quality, faith-centered learning environments.
