Faith Online: A Catholic Guide to Living Safely and Positively in the Digital World The internet shapes how we learn, communicate, build relationships, and encounter new ideas. While digital technologies offer many opportunities, they also require wisdom, discernment, and strong moral foundations. Rooted in Catholic teaching—from Pope Leo XIII to Pope Francis and Pope Leo XIV—this course helps students navigate the online world with confidence and integrity. Participants will learn how to stay safe online, respond to challenges with virtue, recognize misinformation and harmful content, and use technology in ways that promote truth, kindness, and human dignity. By the end of the course, students will be equipped to make faith-filled decisions online and become a positive influence in their digital communities.
